BackLinks Master can detect not only direct backlinks in <A HREF=".."> tags, but also a number of JS links (window.open(..) function etc.) and script links (something like http://www.backlinkingsite.com/redirect.php?url=www.yoursite.com). The type of link is shown in the corresponding column in the BackLinks Master main window.
