Accurate Monitor for Search Engines

End User License Agreement

Accurate Monitor for Search Engines is distributed as try-before-you-buy software. It means:

1. All copyrights to Accurate Monitor for Search Engines are exclusively owned by CleverStat.
2. Anyone may use this software during the trial period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Accurate Monitor for Search Engines, you MUST register.
3. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for Accurate Monitor for Search Engines, these are:
   1. A single computer PERSONAL USE license. The user purchases ONE license to USE Accurate Monitor for Search Engines on ONE computer for his or her personal needs. The term "personal needs" includes all types of non-commercial, non-profit human activities, including, but not limited to checking rankings for a personal website, doing keyword research for academical or scientific purposes, searching for information search and so on and so forth.
   2. A single computer BUSINESS USE license. The user purchases ONE license to USE Accurate Monitor for Search Engines on ONE computer for his or her business needs. The term "business needs" includes all types of commercial, profit or paid human activities, including, but not limited to providing SEO services, checking rankings for a fee, checking rankings of a corporate website, doing competitor research for commercial purposes and so on and so forth.
   The term "workplace" means either: ONE or MORE persons working on ONE computer (colleagues, family members etc.) OR ONE person working on ONE or MORE computers (desktop and laptop, work at home and work in office etc.). Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Accurate Monitor for Search Engines on the number of computers according to the number of licenses purchased during the term of validity of the purchased license for any legal purpose limited by the type of the license purchased. The term of validity is one of: 3 months (three calendar months starting from the date of purchase), one year (one calendar year starting from the date of purchase) or lifetime (either lifetime of Accurate Monitor for Search Engines or lifetime of the user whichever ends first). The registered Accurate Monitor for Search Engines software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the software has been updated, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The unregistered trial version of Accurate Monitor for Search Engines may be freely distributed with exceptions noted below provided that the distribution package is not modified in any way.
   1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission from the copyright holder.
   2. The unregistered trial version of Accurate Monitor for Search Engines may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission from the copyright holder.
   3. Hacking/cracking software, keys or key generators may not be included in the same distribution package.
5. ACCURATE MONITOR FOR SEARCH ENGINES IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Accurate Monitor for Search Engines keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission from the copyright holder. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by CleverStat.
7. In no case may this product be bundled with hardware or other software without written permission from CleverStat (Contact us).
8. Installing and using Accurate Monitor for Search Engines signifies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, you must remove Accurate Monitor for Search Engines files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
