No ranking in software, high ranking in Google

I'm searching for the following keywords:

Site URL: www.arx.com

Keywords:
digital signature workflow
digital signatures workflow
electronic signature workflow
electronic signatures workflow

They all give back no ranking (I have the preferences set to check 150 results) while they all apears within the first 10-30 results).

I tried it both with Google authentication key on and off.

Any ideas?

Other keywords are working properlly.

Free Monitor for Google considers HTML documents only, not PDF or DOC.

Even I faced something same. I was checking results for http://www.e-zest.net/ for various keywords like offshore software development, custom software development, bespoke software development, healthcare software development etc. I was getting no results or change in actual result by 5-10 ranks. All pages were HTML only.
What could be the problem?
