Please use "Update search engine database" from the File menu. This should fix
the issue. |

What "FILE" menu? The only menus are PROJECT, OPTIONS, and HELP
Nothing under any of them that says you can "Update search engine database". |

Hi,
Using verson 2.0.7.19

Getting no results except a list of keywords and the date the last search was run. Pretty much the same as the previous fella with the images.
I know it's free and you're trying, but help please.

Wasn't that you saying above that you use paid version? Anyways, if you use Free Monitor for Google, just download the latest version from our website (it works perfectly, just checked it myself), if you use Accurate Monitor for Search Engines - use update search engines database. |

I've the Version 2.0.7.19 installed.
Using USA (English) option in the country field, I get good results.
Using the Italy (Italian) option, it doesn't work: any hints? |

Just checked Italy myself - works well for me. If you use the API please check if you have entered your API key correctly. Also you might want to download the latest 20th build, it has some unicode issues fixed, perhaps this helps in your case too:

I use the API key and it should be correct, as it works for US.
I've installed the 2.0.8.20, but Italy doesn't work |

Hmmm... works fine for me both with or without API. What do you mean when say "doesn't work"? It doesn't display any results? Or you can't find your site where you think it should be? Please specify your problem a bit. |

Ok, I see now. Obviously, it is a Google API fault. A query to US datacenter and a query to Italy datacenter are completely equal when using API, the only difference is country code. Since for US API returns correct results and for Italy - not, it is a API issue. |

It is pointless. Google obviously has different datacenters for API results and for normal results. Or maybe it is the same base, but API is older or something like that. I doubt Google will change this in the near future. Look, API has been released 3 years ago and it is still in beta stage. It seems we should live with that, until they decide to move the API out of beta status. |
