On the results page of Free Monitor for Google, it is obvious as to the meaning of the "Position" column, but what is the meaning of the "Best" column?

In between the "Position" and "Best" values, there is a small arrow, pointing to the right, and a "0" to the right of it. What do they mean?

The Position column shows the current position. The Best column shows the best position this keyword ever had. The arrow shows how the current position changed since the last check.
