| I'm trying to backup and restore the project.gmp file from XP Pro to Vista 64 Ultimate but it will not shut down and will not save the information. Any ideas would be welcome. John |

| Could you please clarify what step the issue occurs? When you backup or when you restore the project? Note that you can simply copy the file project.gmp manually from one system to another. The file is located in the Application Data (AppData for Vista) folder, under "Free Monitor for Google" subfolder. |
