Well, I guess the reason is that there are only 10 results for that keyword. It is a bug that Free Monitor for Google repeats them, but there are only 10 of them if you check this in your browser.

You don't have to do anything. This will be fixed with the newer version of Free Monitor for Google. Anyways this happens only if a keyword returns less than 10 results.
