Lately I noticed it's giving some very good results, however when I double check the keyphrase on the main google.com site, the position(s) are not there.

Secondly, please not that Google API may return different results, than real ones. This is API issue.
If you don't use Google API and still see wrong listings, please say your country settings, your URL and also some keywords that return with wrong listings - we will check that and fix.
