How we can get Google Page Rank using Google API and PHP?

The question is senseless. PageRank is a value that shows how popular a page is, that is how many web sites link to it. This does not relate with Google API and it does not matter whether you use PHP or your website is static HTML only.

hmm, some spider indicate all pages include files with separate functions, classes, friendly CMS, may help with this. but those nuances in general aren't very important for summary site PR.

Your question has 2 answers:
If you mean how to increase your PageRank:
This can be done by building quality links to your website (i hope this is enough to start your research on the subject)

If you mean how to make a tool that finds the PR of any page:
This is easy to program and there are many tutorials out there that explain this the only tricky part in this is the checksum value of the toolbar because it is a dynamic value that is unique and simply is a hash code that is generated for each url (also had been hacked and can find tutorials on it online)

You need to build links and get popular on google. So you will get higher PR for your website.
If you want to build a tool to check PR, you should have a good programming skills.

IF you install google toolbar then you can check PR and if you want to increase PR then you have to do backlink.
